Project Description
House builders Persimmon were responsible for providing a football pitch and recreation area as part of a Section 106 agreement associated with the construction of new homes at Iwade Meadows. The works included not just the construction of the pitches and surfaces themselves, but also perimeter fencing and shrub planting and other associated works.
Our experience of all aspects of sports grounds, as well as ability to source materials locally, made us prime contenders for the contract. It was awarded to us in October 2015 and the finished works were handed over to the client in July 2017.
